My Caramel brownie takes our gorgeously gooey, melt-in-the-mouth homemade Belgian Brownies and then fills them with little pools of Dulce-de-Leche caramel and tops with pieces of Cadbury caramel chocolate bar. They are all generously sized and baked by hand in small batches in my kitchen. They come with a hand written gift card if required.
